I did substitute
the flour mix with oat flour, and used a chia egg instead of flax egg, but all in all it's such a simple and wholesome bake.
You can however substitute 1/2 cup of
the flour mix with one of these two without altering the flavour.

Mix on low until combined, and repeat
with the second half of the
flour mixture and browned butter.
Second time the
mix was very sloppy, I tried stiffening it
with flour but didn't work too well.
I use sorghum a lot because of it's similarity to wheat
flour and it works best
with brown rice
flour if it's the majority of the
mix.
