I started off buying pre-mixed
flours, but
here in Canada there weren't that many
options.
Here I have used a mixture of wholemeal
flour and plain
flour, an
option if you do not have chapati
flour, as advised by Madhur Jaffrey.
Wrapping it up in a soft,
flour tortilla is a popular
option around
here as well!
Gravy at breakfast is just not a thing
here in New Zealand but I just happen to have sausage, almond milk & cassava
flour on hand and I need some more
options.
My package got
here in a timely fashion but the bag was open inside of the box and the
flour was everywhere and there isn't an
option to return it.
