really sure how they are so gross when they are very similar to regular
pancakes but with wheat
flour and a few more flavors added vanilla and cinnamon?

really think they taste like good, old - fashioned

Usually when I make
pancakes I use a mix of different kinds of
flours (or I use this pre-made mix) but I
really wanted to come up with a vegan, gluten - free
pancake recipe that's super simple and just uses buckwheat
flour.
Buckwheat is a
flour that I always have but rarely use due to it's distinct strong flavour but this blueberry buckwheat
pancake recipe worked
really well so it may be featuring a bit more.
I
really love the chocolate chips in these
pancakes because it is a perfect pairing with the nutty flavor of the
flour.
That said, you can introduce it as second
flour and it still has an earthy taste but it's balanced nicely;) I do this combo a lot as I
really like the health benefits of buckwheat in these
pancakes;) Follow the rest of the recipe as above, and I'm sure they will be delicious;)
