I have some raw sprouted pumpkin seed butter in the fridge that would be perfect for making these, however I don't do well with
rolled grains as I prefer being able to soak my grains first and then make them into homemade
flours in my ever - so - well - used Vita - mix — what could I used in place of the
rolled oats in this
recipe (it sounds way to lovely to pass up making so I'm hoping you have a suggestion!)?

I used my old faithful pizza crust
recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance (using half whole wheat
flour) and made sure to
roll it out thinly.
I have created a
flour blend and a method that doesn't call for eggs unless the
recipe is for an inherently enriched bread, like brioche or cloverleaf
rolls.

I omitted oat
flour and breadcrumbs, and instead used about 1/3 cup regular
rolled oats for 1/2 of the
recipe.
So far nothing has gone terribly wrong with the
recipes, save for a mango pudding that wouldn't set and a chocolate roulade (cacao powder replaces the chocolate and Woodward uses buckwheat or brown rice
flour) that refused to
roll.
Like Theanda said above, I followed the same
recipe except using all purpose
flour because it's what I had on hand, and had a sort of wet goo that I could never have
rolled out to cut.
