Corn tortillas usually hold up a little better (since they are naturally firmer), but I love using
flour tortillas too!

Mine are always either to fragile or
too dry to hold anything and
flour tortillas just don't taste the same.
I tried your choco chip cookies with spelt
flour too, and I had the same reaction... But the cookies were very yummy As for the
tortillas, the first 2 came out a bit hard, but that's my fault because I had them
too long in the pan.

I really appreciated not trying to handle
too delicate
tortillas, and the fact that I did not have to dirty my counter with
flour and dough.
The homemade corn and
flour tortillas were excellent
too, but whatever filled them had no bite.
