Hi Cheryl, You can always try using an
egg substitute, but with this specific recipe I can't be sure it would work
without some extensive testing because the
eggs are an integral part of the structure and work with the almond
flour.
Without an
egg, adding the entire amount of
flour will make the dough dry and heavy and not soft and elastic as it should be.
You are giving me ideas But you could definitely try adapting these to recreate something similar
without the
egg, maybe more
flour and bake them a bit longer to get that crunchier outside.
