Some of the most stubborn foreclosure cases are finally being
flushed out of the foreclosure pipeline, and we all can expect to see more noise in the numbers over the next few months as national foreclosure activity makes its way back to more stable patterns by the end of this year.
I might write about the importance
of being preapproved, recommend a good loan officer, offer to provide a list
of foreclosures, or check to see if the recipients have a home to sell before buying (a great way
of flushing out potential listings) and, if so, whether they'd like a free market analysis.
