photoshoots, get «internet famous,» and decide they are qualified to prescribe training to other people — I've studied hard to become a NASM certified personal trainer and am currently in a graduate program at the University of South Florida to earn a Master's of Science degree in Exercise Science with a
focus on Strength and Conditioning.
