focussed on the multiplayer element of the title, which will be discussed later, as well as the incredibly detailed monsters within the game and the breathtaking environments that they inhabit.

so why spend time making
multiplayer elements for a game that really would only feel tacked
on compared to just solely
focusing on making a great single player experience.
With light RPG
elements, distinct AI programming and a
focus on characters, Rockstar is consciously trying to highlight the
elements of the game that support its narrative side to lay all worries of single player being neglected in favor of
multiplayer to rest.
It's absurd, really, because if a videogame can be singleplayer only and people can become irate at a
multiplayer element being tacked
on, then a game should be able to
focus on the
multiplayer without tacking
on a singleplayer portion.
There are obvious indications that the game will
focus heavily
on multiplayer elements as well, and there have been rumors and leaks about supposed Battle Royale modes as well, you can read all about it here but here's a gist of it
It combines frantic hack and slash action along with platforming and some RPG
elements along with an overall
focus on coop
multiplayer.
Some games that are out now feature a strong
focus on multiplayer, while others still have some single - player
elements.
We don't know anything specific about P7 yet, but in September 2016 Remedy revealed that it would add cooperative
multiplayer elements to its next projects while retaining the studio's trademark
focus on crafting stories.
Only you can answer that, but it seems to me that this falls into the same category as Dead Space 2 and Bioshock 2, i.e. a fantastic
focused single player experience with a
multiplayer element bolted
on for the sheer heck of it and a tiny market share.
