so perhaps someone more alert would have a better feel for how to adjust it, though I'm pretty sure I've tried all the combinations.
Breakfast increases your energy by restoring depleted liver glycogen stores from your overnight fast, suppresses your counter regulatory stress hormones
so you feel more calm when you start your
day, programs your body to burn energy all
day instead of store energy, and eating breakfast increases cognitive function
so you feel on top of it instead of
foggy minded.
I will say that eating
so few calories (usually it's between 1,000 and 1,200 each
day) has zapped my energy and made me feel very sluggish and
foggy.
And I have only the
foggiest memory of the year I was
so busy cleaning and prepping for a holiday cocktail party I was hosting that I forgot to eat all
day, which contributed to the embarrassing chain of events that culminated with me boozily putting myself to bed barely an hour after all the guests arrived at the house.
After writing
so much about my beloved over the knee boots in my latest post, I obviously had to show you a new autumn look with my favorite boots ever.:) I took the pictures yesterday near the harbor in Hamburg and it was a sunny, yet
foggy day, and the light was somehow magical.
We only have
foggy, gray
days and rain which makes it
so hard to take good pictures.
Today was very rainy,
foggy and chilly
day so I had to bring out my Hunter boots once again.
So, if you get up and do not have the Swiss Travel Pass, you might be disappointed if you visit on a rainy, and especially
foggy,
day.
I especially enjoyed it when it was very
foggy, as it often is in Abu Dhabi in the morning,
so then makes for a nice walk during the
day.
So, it was another
foggy - cloudy kind of
day out today, although, I'm going to leave my Detective Hat on for now... I ended up having a camper today as well.
It seems that the 1950s schematic map is a rough sketch of what one sees from the air on a
foggy day,
so the absence of a land bridge to Warming Island doesn't prove that the sketcher saw water there... just a gap in the ridgelines.
