fold the
edges into the top center

I remember as a young child taking a
sheet of white A4 paper and carefully
folding it in two, lining up each
edge so that it was perfectly square.

of a circle, starting from the outermost part
of the circle, until you reach the inside 10)
Fold the
edges of dough over the filling and then sprinkle the dough with a bit
of sugar 11) Bake for about 40 - 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the apples are soft 12) Serve warm, with a side
of whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
Fold the

sheet to form a 1 inch lip all around.

fold up foil tightly around sides
of pan (you can turn 2 small
sheets of foil into 1 large
sheet by

of half - glimpsed stories, the clarity
of their message faded through time.

folded edge and 4» from the finished
edge.
Face the
folded edge of the flat
sheet outward, so everything looks neat and you can grab a whole set easily.
Another thing I do is to take a dryer
sheet and rub it on the
edge of the
sheet that I
fold over and on my pillow case.
