folks at SP to answer most of this, but to my understanding Kindle and CreateSpace are separate and not sure why CreateSpace would collect a fee from
ebook earnings when they're the print division?
The path to getting a self - published
ebook into the Blio store is still an open question for independents (we're still investigating, but
at the moment it looks as though it can't be done, although the
folks at Quark say a solution is in the works).
