Most recently, Chef Ryan Bloome of Terrain worked in collaboration and crafted a six - course supper beginning with atuffed squash blossoms
featuring roasted summer squash, farro, Farm at Doe Run cheese and basil pesto
followed by herb porchetta, diver scallops and dry - aged rib eye with roasted chanterelles, mushroom escabeche and sweet onion soubise served in red
wine reduction.
Following dinner, a live auction will
feature wine, unique
wine country experiences and travel packages donated by the host winemakers.
Immediately
following the screening of the film, I'll be introducing a panel discussion
featuring the film makers along with celebrity chef Monica Pope (Bravo Top Chef Masters and a Food &
Wine Best New Chef); Recipe for Success «s Director of Operations, chef Molly Graham; and Brian Giles, General Manager of Houston ISD / Aramark Food Services.
The Festival Gala will immediately
follow the Award Ceremony at the CIA at Copia and will
feature cuisine from many of the Valley's local culinary stars,
wines Napa Valley's vintners, Stella Artois beer and cidre, and craft cocktails from local mixologists.
Immediately
following the 5:00 pm screening, head to the Riverfront Promenade and party with the Master Sommeliers
featured in the film while enjoying gourmet bites from renowned Napa Valley restuarants and tasting some of the Valley's finest
wines.
