Ingredients for 1 cup of salad dressing: 1/4 C white wine vinegar or 3 T lemon
juice / 1 t Dijon mustard / 1 cup or more finely chopped fresh herbs, a
combination of 2 or 3 of the
following: chives, oregano, marjoram, sage, sorrel, tarragon.
Lunch: Fruit again or any
combination of the
following: cucumber, avocado, leafy greens, celery - add some lemon
juice & olive oil to make a salad.
