just got the book today & got the app a few weeks ago and started
following the food suggestions on the app, ate more of the right foods in the luteal phase (thats where i was when i download the app) and the menstrual phase and i already noticed a difference!!!
The following food suggestions have been borrowed from my experience, from friends, and a lot (a LOT) of research.
Not exact matches
Quaker Oats offers the
following suggestions for mixing Oatmeal with yummy
foods — please make sure YOUR mixes are age appropriate, with allergens in mind, for your baby.
Anyway, I've been quite diet - conscious for many years now (
following a loose paleo diet for the most part, with the obvious exception of dairy) but having to cut out milk products just turns my world upside down — so with that, I really appreciate your list of
