fillers, additives or sugar, all sugars, all products containing sugar, granola bars, breakfast bars, and most cereals.
Some medications may also contain
fillers that you may have
food sensitivities to (such
as lactose or perhaps gluten), or may contain chemicals that can directly impact your thyroid.
Sugar is also added to some
foods to mask the taste of other ingredients, such
as fillers and dyes, or
as a preservative.
There are some higher end brands of dog
food that use lentils
as healthy
fillers instead of something like corn because they add more nutrition to the
