After you've been
food blogging for a while, you find that friends and family start consulting with you on culinary issues.

My business today has evolved into not only the personal chef aspect, but I am getting into
food blogging, providing readers with my recipes I've developed
for my clients and «healthified» recipes.

blogging platform that now hosts 17.5 million blogs and receives about 1.5 billion page views per week.
They update their jobs daily and feature a wide range of positions from technical writers to

Peter Reinhart's book The Bread Baker's Apprentice has been around
for a while and has certainly made the rounds in the
food blogging world.

I'm thankful
for the
food blogging community and the creativity that thrives in it.

For the uninitiated, The Secret Recipe Club is a group of around 100
food bloggers, separated into three smaller
blogging groups, each of which post at different times of the month.
It's not easy and I constantly have to remind myself that
blogging is just a hobby, one that I love doing because of a love
for food and not to get a paycheck or a million followers that I don't even know.
It's hard to think of anything else, but it's totally heartwarming that so many in the
food blogging community are trying to do something
for them.
Everyone's written great posts about it and the
food blogging community has been busy rallying to do what they can
for Japan.

Especially in the world of
food blogging, there is always room
for more pumpkin recipes.
Time, other interests (many of which are discussed over at my new blog), and... honestly, I feel that the overall camaraderie in the fiery
foods world, the chile pepper community, and the hot sauce
blogging community have deteriorated and made a turn
for the worse.
