food processor with a push down top to start, it a
bit bigger than a normal chopper and smaller than a normal
food processor so easy to store and clean and only # 29.99 it made your
energy balls fine, don't know how long it will last but seems quiet sturdy so a good place to start when you have a small kitchen and not ready to invest in a more expensive model.
I made (attempted) these

bites but never put coffee in them because I share most of my

food: meals that will give me
energy,
bites that will boost my mood, snacks that will nourish my gut, nutrients that will enhance my brain power, and even dishes meant simply to bring me pleasure.
