Yup this is a summer time celebration And you guys, I'm not the only one celebrating this
wonderful food holiday.
It's an amazing
food holiday too, and as a serious foodie I totally understand that picking the perfect menu is so important!
Every month we will be highlighting one national

This year I've decided that instead of getting lost in the crazy
junk food holiday madness, I'm going to use the next month as a time to treat my body right.
