This blog will still mainly be centered around yummy vegan
food and simple plant -
based recipes, but I'm considering sharing an

on family life and life as an expat in China.

Based on always up - to - date scientific findings, the Primal Blueprint emphasizes tasty
food,
occasional indulgences, moderate and accessible physical activity, and above all else... FUN.
You should always treat them as
occasional rewards and your diet should be
based on real
food (eggs, meat, leafy vegetables, cheese and some nuts).
Hard dog
food is better than soft
on a daily
basis as well as the
occasional chew treats (given under owner supervision).
