So I keep junk
food out of my cupboards and pack a healthy snack with my lunch.
I always remember secretly eating
food out of the cupboard when nobody was looking, and eating it quickly.

I have a habit
of letting seaweed get pushed to the back
of the
cupboard, but pulled it
out the other day when mixing up a batch
of baby
food for my twins.

out and spent a lot
of money stocking up my
cupboard with all the dried goods, pulses, seeds, nuts, fruits and everything else to start making your wonderful

of whole oat mixed up in the
food processor for a bit and left

cupboard, may as well take advantage
of it).
During this mysterious time
of pregnancy, women have been known to scrub imaginary germs off tiles with a toothbrush, reorganize the
foods in their
cupboards alphabetically, repaint and wallpaper the new nursery, only to mysteriously end up repainting and wallpapering
out into the rest
of the house.
Clear
out your fridge and
cupboards of all the goodies you know you won't need and stock up on nutrient packed
foods.
Step 1: Ditch these carbs Understand which

out for you and then clear them all
out of your fridge and
cupboards.
With this in mind, make sure you have a weeks worth
of the old
food in the
cupboard before starting the switch as you do not want to run
out — that just adds unnecessary complications!
Also, if you're going to make
food for a brood on a regular basis, an appliance that holds more quarts might be ideal, but you might not want something so big you'll have to haul it
out of the
cupboard on a regular basis.
