Since I wrote this post, I went down with my carb intake to about 30 grams
of net carbs - I rarely go
over that
number simply because
of the
foods I'm used to eating every
day.
Don't: eat processed
foods, get obsessed with
numbers,
over think the
number of meals per
day, nor be too concerned with nutrient timing.
