I usually try to consume as much green
food as possible, and as I scroll through the
photos from past
posts it certainly doesn't look like I have any trouble
in the green
food department.
I hope you will consider entering something
in my gluten free
food photo contest, it odes not have to be a new
post.
In the past two years I've
posted about 900 Instagrams, and seen at least to 100,000
photos of healthy
food.
I actually had this recipe
post ready to go earlier this week, but decided to put it on hold and re-shoot my
photos after attending a Pinch of Yum Tasty
Food Photography Workshop
in Minnesota.
Many new vegans email me and ask what I keep
in my vegan pantry, so I thought I should
post some
photos and details of the
food that I keep on hand at all times.

Oh and I just wanted to say that
in addition to the gorgeous

I agree that the
food photos shown are probably as wildly inaccurate as your
post indicates — but the idea that school lunches are now open to photography is an important step
in the right direction.
As soon as I
posted the Cheetos - and - nacho - sauce
photo three weeks ago, I feared I'd dealt an unfair blow to the many well - meaning, talented and committed school
food professionals working
in our district.
As I've said many times here (most recently
in my widely shared
post, «Why I'm Fed Up With Those
Photos of School Lunches Around the World «-RRB-, comparing American school meals to those
in France is a truly pointless endeavor — unless one is willing to look at the entire
food culture of both countries.
