While it is easy to blame the modeling industry for my eating disorder, I've come to realize that the roots of my struggles with
food and body started long before I was paid to pose for pictures or walk down a runway.
Plus I think your taste buds change as you cut out processed
foods and your body starts liking the real stuff more.
