for pepper and cheese pasta, but it helps having two sets of hands to make it in our house... we put an egg on this too of course - tuna pasta (chopped onion, garlic, lemon zest, chili flakes, tuna, olives — easily adaptable to what you already have in the house and like)- roast

Finely chop 1 onion and slowly sauté in 2 T butter and 1 T olive oil / Scrub and roughly chop 6 or 7 carrots (5 cups) / Peel and roughly chop 1 or 2 apples / Add 1 t sea salt to onion mix along with 1/2 t turmeric, 1/2 t red

Marinate
chicken meat with salt, pepper and
curry powder — set aside
for about 15 minutes 2.
Season
chicken with 2tsp salt, black pepper, 3 Tbsp of
curry powder and chopped garlic; put
chicken in fridge
for 1 hour to absorb spices.
Marinate the
chicken breast strips with salt, pepper,
curry powder, chili powder and coconut milk
for 2 hours or overnight
For the
curry recipe, I first cut up some boneless, skinless
chicken breasts, seasoned them with Penzey's Tandoori seasoning and sauted them in light olive oil.
* 2 cups brown basmati or jasmine rice * 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil * 3 cardamom pods, slightly smashed * 3 whole cloves * 1 2 - inch cinnamon stick * 1 sprig

As a result, I don't make spicy dishes all that often unless I either have two Indian
curries, with one being the
chicken that he can have, or make something entirely different
for him.
