for the GF oats, and about 2 teaspoons less with my flour blend or another GF mix.
If this isn't your thing then I would recommend swapping some of the chia seeds
for GF oats to create a overnight oat / chia breakfast instead.

Next, mix together the dry ingredients in a large bowl —
GF oats, ground almonds, chopped almonds and cinnamon (leave the flaked almonds
for the topping).
I haven't tried that, so I can't say
for sure... you might have better luck with something like oat flour (ground from
GF oats).
