There are many differences between claims
for harassment under
PHA 1997 and under discrimination legislation.
This is now an entirely unreal distinction, as the House of Lords made abundantly clear in Majrowski v Guy's and St Thomas» Hospital [2006] UKHL 34, [2006] 4 All ER 395, when it held that
PHA 1997 applies in the workplace and that employers may be vicariously liable
