for snickerdoodles would call for eggs and butter, we've replaced the two non-vegan ingredients with wholesome plant - based substitutes.
When we asked our Facebook fans which cookie recipe they wanted the most, an overwhelming majority cried out

This is the recipe I use
for Snickerdoodle cookies, and they're great for days later.
For the Snickerdoodle Crust Preheat oven to 350 degF.
For the Snickerdoodle Crust 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1 1/3 cup flour 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 1 tsp cream of tartar
For this Snickerdoodle Ice Cream, I added some cinnamon and chunks of sweet sugar cookies.
Here is an easy dessert recipe
for Snickerdoodle Cookies.
For snickerdoodle almond butter; add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and vanilla, plus a teaspoon of salt.
