Substituting one cup of
zucchini noodles
for wheat - based
spaghetti saves you 2oo calories and almost 4o grams of carbohydrates, while still providing a substantial amount of food.
Add to that the fact that they are made with 100 % vegetables allowing me to have up to 90 % fewer calories than pasta (varieties have 65 percent to 90 percent fewer calories per serving than the leading brand of
spaghetti) and they are the perfect starting point
