On a final note, I don't know if any of you remember the Gluten Free Rosemary Cracker recipe I created
for the Almond Board of California during my satellite media tour back in June.
Their texture is surprisingly light
for an almond and coconut flour.

for almond milk, I used coconut flour, energy g egg for baking powder.

I always follow recipes as printed the first time, with the exception of subbing soy milk
for the almond since I have a nut allergy, and these were great.
So when I stumbled upon this recipe from Detoxinista
for almond butter blondies, I couldn't wait to try it!
The coconut flour is fine in moderation (since it's not really a nut), but I can't use any nut / seed flours
for the almond meal.
It would be possible to swap out a couple of tablespoons of the coconut flour
for almond flour, but anymore than that and the finished cake would be quite different.

for almond flour, i don't always know if a flax egg will work for egg, etc. i work very hard to create the delicious recipes to share with you and too many substitutions makes the recipe different than what i set out for it.

I used cupcake papers and they stuck badly to them so just wanted to advise anyone else who wants to sub whole wheat flour
