The fact is, more and more people are on the road, and you should be prepared
for bad drivers or the occasional lapse in concentration.
Most of the time, it is going to be difficult to get cheap car insurance
for bad drivers until you take the time to lower your risk (e.g. become a «good driver») by cleaning up some of your bad driving habits.
It is also advantageous
for the bad drivers because the price the insurance company pays out is less due to only having to pay for one cars damage.

It's a good thing
