I'm with you on tights... I love them for the first month or two of winter, then I'm over them and soooo
ready for bare legs!
While I'd much rather have worn no tights at all, it's a little too brisk
for bare legs at this point.
It totally seems fine with tights though, similar to this dress that's too
short for bare legs too.
It may be too cold
for bare legs on campus, but that doesn't mean short booties are out of the question!
I like wearing skirts and dresses and now all of a sudden it's too warm for tights but too
cool for bare legs.
If your climate is too
cold for bare legs, some opaque black tights will still look stylish.

Personally I love dresses for this season as you can pop on a pair of tights and a cosy cardigan and then as the weather gets warmer
