Breakfast is one of the hardest
meals for some reason
for me to get them to eat healthy.
I believe frittatas qualify
for any of the three
meals of the day and sometimes I eat leftover salad with an egg on top
for breakfast so all is permissible.
If I could eat

meal of the day, I'd be one happy girl.
