Removing these foods from the
diet is very helpful
for the autoimmune condition, but extremely difficult to implement, as these foods make up the
bulk of the standard American
diet.
Plus, you can't beat supplements
for convenience — just remember that they're only there to supplement your
diet, not make the
bulk of it.

diets as is leucine — i would also agree that a ketogenic
diet is not the best is one is trying to
bulk up... however — yes, coconut oil will allow ketone bodies to show up in the urine evn when we are eating carbs, but that is only because coconut oil is metabolised in such a way as to provide a very quick source of energy, ketones, not because it is actually putting us into a ketogenic state ourselves!
