Honestly, I'd hoped the purple it changed to in the sun would have been a bit brighter; it's a little too on the SFW side for me.
TL / DR but I have done a lot of self - experimentation and diet changing over the last couple of years and I have noticed that I have a much better color all over even in winter and that I have a better tolerance for sun under my new dietary regime i.e. I do not burn as easily.
