I just made yourr carrot
banana bread recipe, the recipe called
for ginger but didn't say fresh or powdered so I grated fresh, also the recipe saod to mix the
flour, baking powder and things togethwr but said to sift them all together and I wasn't sure if you meany sift the
coconut and nuts too so I jist miced everything together without sifting, if it doesn't rise as high I will know
for next time
I've been working on and off
for a long time on a
coconut flour banana bread recipe.
This was nice, but
for me personally I'd rather make

And since I've been baking with
coconut flour for ages, making a
coconut flour banana bread was a piece of cake, er, slice of
bread.
So I was on a mission to bake a
coconut flour banana bread that would not only do good
for our bodies, but would taste great as well.
I used 4 over ripe
bananas, substituted
coconut oil, 3 cups of whole wheat
flour, and 2 1/2 cups of chopped pecans in the
bread machine
for 3 hours.
I learnt this lesson the hard way when I started experimenting with gluten - free and dairy - free baking, when I thought swapping in
coconut flour for almond
flour was nothing but a simple quick fix, when really, it resulted in a an atrocious loaf of
banana bread crumbs.
A week into the 2 week test i went on a 6, 8 and a 10 mile run and had absolutely no pain whatsoever which I haven't experienced
for a very long time... Now, 3 days after the test (eaten an apple,
coconut flour banana bread, cocoa powder with
coconut oil and
coconut palm oil) Nothing else has changed and today I ran 7 miles and have some pain back in my foot.
