The only things you list that are actually worse
for electronic voting than they are
for paper balloting are the problem of risk allocation (there are fewer points of failure between the voter and the count in paper
ballots, and they are less easily manipulated), and the problem of secret balloting (which is only worse
for internet - based voting).
