I know it's Monday morning and you probably came here for some pretty pictures of food that you could glance at, and then move on with your day... and here I go thrusting warm, soft cinnamon sugar bread in your face.
But this recipe looked so good (I'm such a sucker for a good food picture), I couldn't help but give it a chance.
I've heard of cassoulet many times before, but for whatever reason, it just never appealed to me; I guess it was just what you said, it always seems so heavy that I could never picture a time when I'd need all that food.
