Swap traditional eggs
for gelatin eggs, flax eggs, or chia eggs!
I opted
for a gelatin egg.
Mix all ingredients together on medium - low in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, except
for the gelatin egg substitutes.

Vegan sauce recipes usually use starches or gums

If you substitute too many
eggs with
gelatin, you will get an overly spongy, chewy texture, so if your recipe calls
for several
eggs, you can replace half with
gelatin and half with one of the other
egg substitutes listed here.

gelatin into 3 Tbsp of warm water and substitute this
for 1
egg.

for the added moisture from the
egg, turned out good, a little more cakey and no grittiness at all.
