games for Southampton to
get us
through the season is a sorry state of affairs.
After seeing a couple of
games where he featured and also the one
for england he's
got it all
for me... 1) He has the physical ability to offer the kind of
game that our Giroud offers (back to the net: deflecting, relaying passes and 1 - 2 touches) but also 2) Pace, mobility and technical agility to offer so much more: dribbling past opponents (creating space), running / turning over defences either to lay down the killing pass to a better placed player or finishing a
through ball from our over talented midfield and all that with speed and 3) Tactical awareness, willingness to defend players if asked (like the
game Man U-Real Madrid in the CL) and could provide support not only in the air on corners!!
Bellerin is fast becoming one of my favorite players in the gunners squad, thought we were doomed
for sure when Gomis went racing
through and then
got around Cech in the first half but in came Bellerin out of nowhere just in time to save the day... It was a really pivotal moment in the
game and I think we could well be looking at a different result if we had gone a goal down in the first half!
the reality is they won because they had a
game plan (counter away and sit back at home and they executed it correctly classic European tactic never fails)
for away from home and we didn't take them seriously enough at home, and they defended
for there lives at home and we couldn't find the decisive goal to finish them off this is very typical c / l trend nowadays how many of the modern teams like athletico madird and the like
get through with a
game plan and hard graft at the back.
They were in this

game By any measure, they are playing against a team with more talent When you rarely make the playoffs

Play deep will indeed
get them closer to our goal
for significant periods of the
game, but it will also remove the space
for their great 1 - 2's, and
through balls because their will simply be much less room.
We dominated Sp ** s at The Emirates earlier this season and with better finishing and composure in the second half we could easily have doubled that score. The team were focused and kept a good shape all
through the
game.We should not need motivating
for a
game as big as this. The fact it's a NLD is important enough but 3 points will put us in with a chance of
getting back into the mix
for a top 4 finish.Anything less and we will struggle.
don't even think of a possibility that something might happen to Sanchez, he should
get through with international duty and be rested
for our next two matches please... We can win those

Next up
for them are Southampton and they still have
games against Sunderland, West Ham, Swansea, Man United, Everton and Chelsea to

The good news
for us Gooners is that David Moyes has a weakened squad to choose from as well and after an intense run of
games is likely to rest a few key players also, so with Arsenal having a deeper and strobnger squad there is a good chance that our weakened team will be good enough to
get through.
I rate both Chambers and Monreal higher than Mert as CB, so it is fine... Ramsey wasn't up to the level this year, so not a big miss... Ospina Flamini (actually I don't to see him again but this is only to rest Bellerin
for the upcoming
games) Chambers Monreal Gibbs Elneny Reine - Adelaide Walcott Iwobi Campbel Giroud This team should be enough to
get us
through... Save the rest
for the EPL, that's what matter to me...
and
got rid of it's best weapon, with a young QB who hasn't shown he can beat teams
through the air, especially without Dez, most of Dak's best passing
games Dez has scored, gone
for solid yardage, or both...
Arsenal were bad but not as bad as Hull and wolcott was useless throughout the match yes he scored 2 beautiful goals and i am happy
for him but beside his goals he was awful his corner kick were very bad most of his passes didn't come
through he is a senior player i respect him
for that but if he cant take corner kicks why take them I am glad he scored and I hope he will gain confidence and do better cause he is a senior player and an Arsenal player and will always support him but he
got to do better
for his own sake and ours I was very nervous trough the
game as we were losing players throughout the
game but well done Iwobi campbel and the big daddy12 and wollcott
for the win and well done Arsenal
for keeping it clean Its a big win
for sure and very happy with it we need this fighting spirit and goals to continue on to the end come on you Arsenal
There are still a few international
games to
get through for the Arsenal players who have jetted off to various locations around the globe to meet up with their fellow countryman, but
for the Gunners and our hopes of
getting back to the serious business of domestic action with a bang, you have to say that things have gone well
for us so far.
Great going forward but defensively we were fragile AGAIN.Mustafi - what on God's earth was he thinking about with that clearance that resulted in the free kick
for their goal?He is proving himself a liability and Kos wasn't exactly dominant either. That
game could have ended 12 - 5 or something ridiculous like that.Still we have enough to
get through and we would have taken that score line before the
game.Ozil was majestic out there last night and Ramsey did what he does best. But Wilshere was very poor and you wonder now if the writing is on the wall
for him.He continually lost the ball and offered nothing going forward.
Every year when Arsenal go
through a bad patch (like losing ONE out of the first TEN League

for Wenger to be sacked, but surely he has had to cope with players returning from the World Cup, an unbelievable injury list, blending new players into the squad, and he has STILL managed to
get us up into Fourth place already.
