goat; grow many of my own veggies year round, eat lots of cream and butter, the fat on my meat, bone broth; within the last year have given up vegetable oils except olive; gluten free
for 2 years; very little organic cane sugar say less than 2 - 3 T. daily, many days none; wine and cheese of my own making, mostly my own and daily;

kefir daily; work at home is my exercise along with stretching; 90 % organix in everything.

milk; dahi, a sour yogurt - like creation, made in the Middle East and eaten with every meal; or the delectable cultured crème fraîche found in European cultures.
During those days, the most common types of
milk that were used
for kefir fermentation were

goat, sheep and cow.
I like
goat's
milk for my
kefir since it proves to be the smoothest.

kefir starter pack and organic (but pasturised)
goats milk (can't get raw)
for the first time,
for the GAPs diet where I have to start having only the
kefir whey.
I love the fact that whether I put lemon or not, use cow's
milk or
goat's
milk, use
milk kefir grains or water
kefir grains, I get the same health benefits that I bargained
for.
