Hi, coconut oil has amazing health benefits and also works as the best binder for a lot of my recipes.
I am far from a health foodie but every recipe of yours I have tried so far is getting me closer I am so glad I didn't throw out coconut milk (which I bought in hopes to switch from regular kind but hated it) and was able to use it for this.

I've personally been following Ella's recipes as they contain more natural and unprocessed ingredients, especially the desserts and sweets that don't contain unrefined sugars, and overall have found the recipies a better substitute to any processed or packaged sweet or snack, which is overall better for my health.
