A friend has discovered that she can not eat dairy, and
coconut milk is a really excellent substitute
for making ice
cream.
For my allergies I
make the following changes: rice pasta,
coconut milk instead of
cream, GF flour blend, earth balance instead of butter and GF breadcrumbs.
I
