A few upcoming multiplat games are running at 720p on xb1 which will hurt xb1's image even more as per Thuway @below Halo is not DOA.The creators left the franchise for Destiny and h4 couldn't even hit 90 at meta and the LIVE area was empty just after months of its release.

Some xboys say sony did it with Crash bandicoot but crash was mostly PSone exclusive back in the day and its not a big multiplatform game unlike tomb raider which is multiplat for most of its life and Big ol MS needs to keep it from other hands.

Im am sick and tired of hearing that... I have a Pro strictly for Exclusives which imo, Sony has better unique IP's BUT most of my library and 90 % of other gamers libraries consist of Multiplats like, COD, BAttlefield, Battlefront, GTA, The Witcher, Elder Scrolls, Far Cry, Fallout, NFS, Madden, Fifa, etc..

One of the most disgusting 2nd standard was that one of the game site that rated Halo3 and Gears very high and knock points off Killzone 2 for «not a multiplat game».

i was thinking about L4D2 on PC since a few of my friends wanted to play together... but this sealed it... They can keep the game for all i care i'll enjoy my exclusives and some multiplats.

they have the same amount of games 22 for xbox and 23 for ps3 and most of the games they installed were multiplats that are available for both

Even if we forget that the X plays every multiplat better (which is like 98 % of must play games), most games doubling the pixel count over pro while maintaining better performance and more bells and whistles (and maintaining all the advantages Xbox already had)... there are still more must play exclusives for me on X than the other 2 consoles combined.

If devs end up coding for the lowest specs, multiplats won't see much difference anyway, & if MS pushes the 4k as a strict edict, their exclusives won't either for a gamer w / o a 4k tv, which is about 95 % of the population right now.

U forgot less powerful GPU, less desirable RAM, complete 180 on consumer policies and by all accounts lower resolution multiplat games all for $ 100 more.

However, subjectively the graphical differences are not that big in multiplat games for people to justify putting out extra hundred bucks to build or upgrade PC (with the exception of people that suffer from Resolution and FPS OCD).

Don't get me wrong, I love Gears and cant wait for Gears 3, but I really need games on my 360 that isn't multiplat.

2016 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for video games with both multiplats and exclusives aplenty set to release this year.
