Nightshades: Are Peppers, Tomatoes, and Potatoes Really Dangerous?
I chose Tapioca
for my mix because I wanted it to be allergy friendly to those who can not eat Potatoes (or who don't eat
nightshades — which is common
for inflammatory issues).
While my body does not tolerate
