Both of them seemed to
only get the heat rash on their upper body (cheeks, ears, neck + shoulders) while bathing them, wet your finger n rub some dial
soap on it then apply it where ever the rash it (be careful with the face area because this
soap will sting if it gets in their eyes) leave it
