books is as important as any
other decision you will make as a
publisher.
In
other words,
book publishers and distributors are jockeying
for position in the school library ebook market and there are no clear winners.
This won't work
for other stores but then those won't sell as many
books for the average indie
publisher.
Horizons will make it possible
for thousands of authors, whose manuscripts Harlequin or
other traditional
publisher can not publish, to see their

And since agents and most
publishers don't have the slightest idea what will sell and what won't sell, there is no magic formula

An example of this would be a literary agency that only deals with domestic rights, teaming up with an international literary agency to help sell translation rights

There are
other reasons
publishers may choose to make a
book free, such as
for a promotion or because the author /
publisher just wants to get the information in front of an audience.

books, or sell the chapters
for a very low price (like 29 cents).
