peaches (unfrozen), simply add them to the blender with ice and a little bit of sweetener (maple
syrup, stevia, agave, sugar, etc.) along with your lemon juice.
For example, I use maple
syrup in this pudding to enhance the sweetness of the
peaches, but maple
syrup does not take center stage...
peaches do.

Syrup: Serve it with some vanilla Greek yogurt or ice cream
for a quick and beautiful dessert.
I went
for the
peaches that desperately needed using, didn't even bother peeling them — just cut them up, juices dripping off the cutting board all over my hands, and tossed them into a pan — softened them up over the heat in some butter and maple
syrup, a little cinnamon / vanilla, and called it good.
