for me since I try to eat low carb and good
for children's lunch boxes since they only take a few minutes to make and they don't take up
too much room in their lunch boxes.

The middle was a little

for pizza crusts, as I don't think I left them in the oven long enough.
And after posting the recipe
for my Roasted Cauliflower Buffalo
Pizza I realized that all of you love it
too!
But you can totally bake these in the oven like a normal person, and so I've included directions in the recipe
for the lazy people out there like me who aren't afraid of microwaves and
for those that prefer things done traditionally — and who have a cool kitchen that doesn't smell like boxed cheese
pizza — so you can bake them in the oven
too if you wish.
We used the cheese in a Vegan Omelette before
too... but I still think it's best
for Pizza.
