PHMSA Seeks Comment on Insurance
for Railroad Carriers Transporting Hazardous Materials.
The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) today issued a notice and request for comment on the levels and structure of insurance
for railroad carriers transporting hazardous materials.
